The location was to far from home

Excellent connections and industry position for meaningful cultural resource projects.

Focused on growing the size of the company while not providing the staffing needed to complete existing work. Lack of support for existing staff and their needs to accomplish existing work. Very poor communication practices by upper management. Favoritism is based on loyalty not skillset or performance. Consistent disregard for standard professional practices. Unrealistic goals and expectations based on unprofessional management practices. Slick marketing is used to attract qualified staff, but insincere staff relations result in a negative work climate due to distrust and the need to be self-serving to maintain one's position within the company.
