      claims to be flexible but is really not. boring training will stick you behind a computer & when you are all done with trainings, you are just sitting there all day.

      Satisfying to work for a mission driven agency ending homelessness. Client centered. Very diverse staff. Great benefits. Hybrid work schedule. Smart, caring coworkers. Most supervisory positions promotions from within.

      Cons

      Barriers to success can be out of your control. Learning opportunities are richly availably but highly focused on MI. Wish pay was higher.
