      Pros

      The benefits are way above average, especially the 401K. Management is engaged with what we do and we bid on lots of new work so there is great lateral stability.

      Cons

      Being a defense contractor has it's risks like any other firm in this business. Contracts come and go and we've lost some, but we've been resilient enough to somehow retain our overall workforce.

      Limited opportunities for professional development and technical growth. Management style were inconsistent, and remote work was not applied equally across teams. Office politics and workplace gossip often contributed to an environment that felt more focused on internal drama than collaboration and growth. Team culture could be challenging at times.
