      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great work life balance and great working environment.

      Cons

      Things move through the system pretty slowly, whether it be reviews, IT requests, material requests....they all need to go through a chain of approvals that often slows the process substantially.

Because of this, we have new procedures for several of the approval-chain processes in the works in hopes of improving the process for all involved.       Limited opportunities for professional development and technical growth. Management style were inconsistent, and remote work was not applied equally across teams. Office politics and workplace gossip often contributed to an environment that felt more focused on internal drama than collaboration and growth. Team culture could be challenging at times.
