Pros

-Its workforce is very diverse -Staff are dedicated to the mission -The organization does great work on a limited organizational budget -The board is very dedicated and does a good job with the vision of the organization -The benefits are great for an organization its size -The facility and offices are great

Cons

-The leadership style is very top-down and as a result staff don't have a lot of creativity in their positions. The abundance of rules feels unnecessary. -Limited growth opportunities based on the size of the organization, which results in employee turnover -Corporate culture is not really a priority of the organization

Small company, easy to relate to higher management, work-life balance (higher management trying to improve this), 4-day work weeks (4DWW)

Cons

Caseload can be tough, heard about high turnover rates, data tracking system is outdated and clunky

Pros

The colleagues but they were unfortunately fired for no reason

Cons

| Unqualified and unsupportive management | No opportunities for advancement | Severely limited or inconvenient parking options | ADA accommodations regularly dismissed or resisted | Ongoing issues with workplace harassment that go unaddressed | Bereavement leave recently reduced without explanation or input from staff | Employees are guilted or penalized for using earned sick leave | Outdated technology makes daily tasks inefficient and frustrating | High turnover, with good employees often let go without clear justification or warning | Employees are micromanaged to the point of undermining trust and autonomy | Feedback is rarely constructive and often punitive | Unrealistic expectations without adequate training or resources | Conflict of interest with Human Resources: there is no dedicated HR department—only the Executive Director handles HR matters, which prevents impartial resolution of staff concerns |
