The fact that these guys can shamelessly fire you, not once but twice, without compensation is reason enough. Country Head is being wrongly used by the CEO to create the business the way he wants. These guys will use your weakness to their advantage. They try and take any words from you in written and then use it to claim they did you good. No good in essence.
