Pros
Not much good about working at this company. Nice office space. Some talented people who would leave as soon as they can find something or anything
Cons
The owner was a bully, whose management style was to browbeat and intimidate employees. Thus, there was a large turnover. In the last six months, fourteen employees had either left or been fired. Salary was below-par, no benefits, and no flexibility on schedules. Most employees were here until they find something else.
