Pros
I'd be lying if I said there were any pros here, because my experience had been nothing but terrible! Toxic work culture, awful pay, horrible work-life balance, etc.
Cons
I hated working at SDM because of the terrible work conditions, but what gave me the most headaches were the horrible managers! Most of them were hostile, demanding, unprofessional, and petty. They couldn't care less about employees' well-being and often made unreasonable demands. They also yelled at anyone who displeased them for any reason, even if it was totally unrelated to work. I couldn't handle working under such abusive clowns, so I left!
