Pros
SDI is a fantastic place to work. Going in each day is like visiting family. We work hard and play hard. It is also evident that the execs/managers care about each employee and take into account how everyone will be affected when making important decisions. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.
Cons
As with every business, there are people with different quirks to get use to, but these things are what makes work memes so relatable and funny.
