      Cons

      Senior Leadership does not know enough about Construction Practices in Texas, Nepotism, Poor hiring, lack of accountability from loyal leadership, too tied to outdated methods for payroll, HR, must keep a timesheet even though a person is salaried.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits was good. Freedom to wfh good.

      Cons

      Constant turnover and culture clash was miserable. Infighting, politicking, backbiting, processes more important than people etc . But at the core is a potentially great company.
