Pros
- open and supportive people within the development teams - nice office in Espoo - comfortable work pace, helps to keep work-life balance - many options to work remotely, flexible hours
Cons
- questionable HR decisions - understaffing that may last for a long time - poor salaries in comparison to other Nordic companies, and top management seems to not even trying to do anything about it - only 1 or 2 really outstanding people get a bonus quarterly, no regular bonus/motivational program in the organization - no horizontal growth layout, a bit shadowing on the grades too - head office pressing, a lot of miscommunication between Head and Finnish offices
