Small company and quiet office. They provide snacks sometimes.

Terrible culture. They can't keep a team together for long and many people quit or are fired. They provide extremely subpar training and then become irate when you don't know how to do the job. It seems no one knows what they are doing - you will be told to complete a task and then blamed when it turns out it wasn't necessary. No benefits for the first 8 months but very few people make it to 8 months anyways.

company is a great stepping stone to get into the industry and co-workers are nice and easy to get along with

no chance of promotion since the company is very small and owned by a husband and wife team.
