Small company and quiet office. They provide snacks sometimes.

Terrible culture. They can't keep a team together for long and many people quit or are fired. They provide extremely subpar training and then become irate when you don't know how to do the job. It seems no one knows what they are doing - you will be told to complete a task and then blamed when it turns out it wasn't necessary. No benefits for the first 8 months but very few people make it to 8 months anyways.

SCiAN is a small family-oriented business, they don't have a complex org. structure, so you work directly with senior management. Owner and senior staff are wonderful people, pleasure to work with. The rest of the team is also very friendly and quite knowledgable. One of the best companies I worked for.

Other than its small size and not much of a career growth can't think of any downsides.
