      Director and project manager were a joke . best friends just living off there employees, 3 times the project manger has had a telecom company shut its doors and the director has shut down 2.

      Flexible work schedule, just get your work done.

      Cons

      Senior Engineer is a piece of work. Perhaps a workaholic and expects the same from everyone. Extremely rude and bullish. No respect for new people entering the field.
