      Understanding Project Manager who is willing to work with your schedule as long as the job gets done and you are not flaky

      A lot of traveling and responding to calls for flare system shut down and inconsistent working locations

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
