The job contract is tailored to upper management - not the salary - and therefore you’re not entitled to all the welfare and social protection afforded to regular employees. Location is very uncomfortable, upper management is very hierarchical and there are very limited opportunities to advance. Salary is low for Bologna, and there is no bonus in the first year - even if you join in February. Working hours are terrible, commute back to the city is 1h+ and expect to work during the weekends. 5-6 months trial period where you are completely milked under the threat of being dismissed. Lack of diversity due to homogeneous work environment. rampant nepotism preferring local employees with family and business connections
