The company works on awesome projects, and the benefits are good.
Cons
Condescending atmosphere,impatient personalities made it hard to feel comfortable to ask questions and receive proper training, basically felt coaxed into quitting (at least with my personal experience) and was made to feel inadequate. Overall, despite the fact that the company is creative and great, my personal experience wasn't the best. I had hoped to stay with the company long term but it seemed impossible to feel welcomed/at ease. An excessive work load was basically dumped on you, and you were expected to sink or swim and know the company as well management did in a very very short and unrealistic amount of time. Understandably, everyone works at a different place or grasps concepts quicklier than others, so in all fairness, a part of my negative experience could have just been me.
