Transformation to meet the new financial needs is slow: the admin system and modeling capacity are years, if not decades, behind. 4. Instead of working together to face the challenge, different entities are always fighting ( resource contraints is constant theme from everyone). Accountability and ownership is lacking. Too many finger pointing Recruiting for talent is a joke; employees with performance issues are passed around like hot potatoes; employee grievance is widespread; unprofessional behavior is not addressed properly by HR.
