Pros

Good benefits ( e.g., medical, unlimited sick leave)

Cons

First of all, Avoid the Finance area at all cost 1. Not sure how the auditor gained confidence to sign off the financial statements as the numbers are changing without adequate explanation. 2. Resources dedicated to the finance area is extremely lean which leads to overwork of staff, painful closing and high turnover. 3. Transformation to meet the new financial needs is slow: the admin system and modeling capacity are years, if not decades, behind. 4. Instead of working together to face the challenge, different entities are always fighting ( resource contraints is constant theme from everyone). Accountability and ownership is lacking. Too many finger pointing Recruiting for talent is a joke; employees with performance issues are passed around like hot potatoes; employee grievance is widespread; unprofessional behavior is not addressed properly by HR.
