Management relies too heavily on a couple people in the department. The expectations for those people are far beyond what is attainable for those that actually perform, no expectations or reprecussions for those that don't perform. Mistakes are unforgivable unless you are one that not much is expected from. Long hours and too much work to do. Management has started to cuss if they were unable to leave when they wanted to and it was your fault. Kept employees there after midnight on New Year but management left to ring in new year leaving team in the office. Treatment of employees is not equal. If you like working where everyday is a struggle, you feel as if you are going to have a heart attack throughout the day every day, and you want no life outside of the company they might be for you.
