      Pros

      Job satisfaction as company take care of good facilities for its employes. Company growth is very fast, just double every year for last four years.

      Cons

      Works in Pune and surrounding only. Maximum industrial jobs.Residential scope is limited. As growing very fast but still sort of very big projects. Global experience is limited.
