Pros

The product that I was selling was extremely good and was easy sell . No pressure on you doing your daily routine as well

Cons

Very hard company to get an understanding of what you are doing on a daily basis. Make to much hard work on sales reps to do there daily job. Training is very poor . Product knowledge is not delivered to the standard it should be
