Pros
The benefits packet is good and the overall culture of the company is possitive. Effort is recognised and rewarded and there is plenty of scope to contribute. The software is interesting and the market changes are leading to changes in the company which are positive.
Cons
There is too much work for the number of staff available and many staff are over worked and pressured. The company mindset is still how things used to work, and a more radical change is needed than they are currently prepared to accept. Training and investment in staff is not prioritised due to other work pressures, which leads to an over dependence on a few people.
