Company has some growing pains

-Smaller company -competitive pay and benefits

This was, by far the best culture I’d ever worked in, but then things changed in management. They no longer listened to feedback from employees, and management created a toxic environment that was a far cry from what it used to be. Not much communication from higher ups, which impacted the client experience as well.
