Young company and has scope to grow big in the next 5 years, the industry is booming as well 4. Option to work from home occasionally 5. Supportive senior leadership both in Chennai and the US 6. New office building in Chennai is really good, with Sea View 7. Other activities - Table Tennis, Carrom, Big Screen TV in the pantry 8. Company's initiative to make employees feel inclusive

Cons

1. No formal training for the analytics team 2. The company has seen growth of +50% in terms of the number of employees in the last 2 years, but not all the processes are well defined yet 3. The HR could take better initiatives for recruitment and compensation strategies 4. Cross-team communication among peers is limited. Open and honest communication among peers will reduce unnecessary rumours, which hurt employee sentiment 5. Food in below average and expensive in the TVH building cafeteria
