      Pros

      They will hire anybody including if you can not speak english . You can wait 15 minutes to be scanned out by security .

      Cons

      They have no appreciation for their long term employees. And they do not have any plans to in the future. A 24 year old with no experience can be supervisor.

      I am currently a Location Manager with a large Funeral Home in Houston. I Love what SCI is about and the way they treat their employees

      Pros

      *Beautiful ground here in Hawaii. *The groundskeepers are super friendly.

      Cons

      *Upper management and other fellow employees told on day 1 they can’t keep people in this position. I found out why 15 minutes prior to clocking out. The following days got worse. *Toxic work environment. Everyone argues daily and points the finger. You hear “it’s not my job” all the time. *Low pay *It’s Feb 27th 2025 and I’m still waiting to be paid for work I did in January. Called HR/ payroll multiple times, each time it’s a different excuse. Now I’m being told I’ll have it for sure on March 1st.
