There are some good people here but they are beaten down by a unfocused and chaotic work environment.

The owner, Bill Overton, is single-handedly running the business into the ground. In the past two years, managers, directors, and even the president of the company have all quit because of Mr. Overton. There is little to no structure to how operations is handled and there is in no way any long term planning. All decisions are made based on the immediate concern of how to keep the lights on.
