      There are so many great projects so huge scope of learning in IT domain. Management understand employee's need so you feel good working in the company. Timings are flexible :)

      Should have some training programs for employees.

      I'm not sure what kind of pro I can put

      Cons

      sub-contractor, I felt like less of an employee than the main contracting company, no PTO, expensive medical and benefits, clause in contract to provide all medical information to the company, very low salary.
