      Pros

      the pay and mileage checks were good,but what i LOVE the most was taking care of older ppl, each and everyone of the made a difference in my life, just hearing the stories they would tell me about their life as a child,teenager,and adult- it made me feel good when they shared their life with me,these ppl made me feel special,and i did my BEST to make them feel the same way

      Excellent benefits, great work environment, and forward-thinking executive director.

      Cons

      Hard to find a con honestly. Pay could always be more, but working in this field this is typical. Moving up the ladder would be one consideration, as there is limited growth opportunities. Not a fault of the organization, but just the structure of programs.
