Overall culture is to respect employees and would have chances to many different industries. Also be the pioneer of new technology. Can find balance between job and family.
Cons
Many different management styles will lead to different results. The management board look only the numbers and neglect to evaluate the MD of different regions. Personal management would leads to many good talents to leave because no chances to get any further development.
