Pros
Local management was excellent - very supportive, recognized achievements, did their best to utilize ideas provided by employees. Pay was competitive.
Cons
There is a serious disconnect between corporate management in Germany and local management in the U.S. Germany would often try to shove misguided programs down the throat of a business that is already doing very well.
