Pros
Nice modern office Some of the staff are lovely
Cons
My experience with SCCU provided valuable insight into how corporate priorities and leadership styles can impact both employees and operations. While the company is financially driven and focused on results, this approach sometimes comes at the expense of employee development and wellbeing. Leadership tends to be very disjointed and resistant to new ideas, which can make innovation challenging. Senior management could benefit from being more open, compassionate, and communicative with their teams. The organisational structure often feels disjointed, and processes lack consistency, leading to a “figure it out yourself” environment. Training and professional development opportunities are limited, which makes growth within the company difficult. Overall, it’s a fast-paced, high-pressure environment best suited to those who thrive in cut-throat, target-driven workplaces and prefer minimal guidance or structure.
