Encouraging, small staff, and goals are to be a valuable part of the community. Food is from scratch and gets good reviews. The bar attracts nice people. They are genuine people.

Staff is small. You really need to commit to be there to keep the place running. Even if you don't feel like it some days, you have to put your best attitude out there to do well.
