      1. Decent place to begin right after college. 2. Flexible when it comes to working hours. 3. Lot's of resources to help you do your job. 4. Friendly co-workers that help and guide you. 5. Very family oriented company.

      Cons

      1. Impossible to move upwards in the company. 2. Wages become stagnant after the firs couple years. 3. Inexperienced management. 4. No self-accountability. 5. A lot of favoritism and nepotism.

      Literally not a single thing.

      Cons

      No remote days Very low wages Little room for advancements Favoritism Goes back on ¾ of agreed upon hiring cover letter benefits . Wage increases less than 1% per year, if not at all. Garbage Insurance benefits.
