Pros
The people who work at SCAN are genuinely good people. I have worked for a few other company's in the field, and people just did not care as much there.
Cons
With lower wages, mediocre benefits, and not enough staff, SCAN can't keep good employees. Also, being front-line staff during the pandemic just stinks. The people who make the policies do not go into people's homes and deal with people lying about their symptoms.
