Pros

My team was very friendly and that’s the only thing that kept me there for a year. The company would have fun events every once in awhile.

Cons

Stressful talking to patients about their medical bills, you have to follow a long script and you do not get trained properly on revenue cycle and where to send patient accounts of the billing isn’t done properly. If you don’t have thick skin, this isn’t the job for you.
