Pros

The company parties and events and “most” co-workers are a delight but this doesn’t help pay the bills or help advance hopes of career growth.

Cons

Management and top management are awful who only promotes and gives fair, decent raises to those who they consider favorites. I have only seen a handful of those who truly deserve promotions and recognition for their true hard work and contributions otherwise you can just expect a 1% raise and forget ever getting promoted if you’re not considered a “favorite”. All of the managers gang up together as well and so if you rub anyone of them the wrong way, get ready to be ostracized. Training programs are a joke as well. A truly unprofessional place due to the tone at the top. Run away FAST from this place. They will sell you false expectations during interview and then you quickly discover the awful truth behind the smokescreens from day one of working there. For example, great job flexibility is offered, but the truth is far from that! If you ask management for flexibility as promised, they will quickly frown upon you and add you to their list of disliked employees resulting in the future of your whole career being dead at SCA. So do not believe their false gimmicks they state that makes them a great place to work at. A truly HARD lesson learned the HARD way for me. Save yourself your time, EFFORTS, and sanity and I highly recommend to not work here. Thank GOODNESS for Glass Door where people can know the TRUTH!
