Pros

SCA is company who continually seeks to get better and better. They do not believe in being stagnant, but rather are always seeking ways to improve both internal operations and healthcare in America. It is a place full of people ready to serve others. There is strategic direction and growth opportunities which are exciting to be a part of. The company values are lived out on a daily basis and the bar for performance standards is set high. SCA also does a tremendous job at trying to hire the best career minded people. Getting to work with brilliant minds at so many levels in the organization is powerful! I am amazed at what this group of people can and does do on a daily basis. It is truly meaningful work and something I am proud to be a part of!

Cons

SCA is a larger company spread out all over the US. That is great from an opportunities perspective, but challenging from a communication perspective. I have found that sometimes communications that might be better received via face to face, have to be delivered differently out of necessity and that can create frustration.
