401k Match %, pay, management training. Get billable asap even though they say "it does not matter" - trust me, it does once you're getting ready to pitch yourself for promotion! have personally seen 4 people get affected by that. Don't take the reviews feedback lightly even when they say "it does not matter, just for HR purposes" - coz they will pull it out on you. If you see an issue on it, bring it up and don't just say yes to it.
