      Pros

      I've been working at Denby for just over two years, and it feels like I've been here much longer. The people at Denby are incredibly kind and welcoming. The site has a great atmosphere, especially with Production onsite. It's truly a great company to work for, and I'm grateful to be part of such a supportive and dynamic business.

      Cons

      While there are limited opportunities for remote work, this can sometimes pose challenges in recruiting talent. However, it also fosters a collaborative environment where team members can build strong relationships and work closely together, enhancing overall productivity.

      Pros

      Good benefits Some teams have good leadership & good work life balance. Marketing is not one of those teams. Most Mid level managers & associates on the marketing team are motivated and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Like the other reviews mention, management is toxic, especially marketing leadership. Charlotte doesn’t have as much of a work/life balance as other departments/locations If you are interviewing for a job here, ask about turnover on the team.
