Pros

The company itself is great and what they believe in but not all departments are equal. Profit sharing, pay and employee events are nice!

Cons

Management micromanages when it’s not needed. The mind games and stress is unreal. Managers don’t care about what you think or how you feel but will act fake as needed. Please know this is not all departments but be aware there is some toxic managers in SCJo

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
