Pros

Good pay, industry leading. If you want an office job, they will make you come in 5 days a week.

Cons

No flexibility to work from home or anywhere else. The CEO is anti DEI. Openly said his name will never be on anything LGBTQ. Donates heavily to conservative organizations. Businesses are all doing poorly and leadership doubles down on old ideas and mindsets.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
