Only stay in hopes that maybe enough people will leave and it becomes painful enough where executive leadership can influence the above to trust us. Trust our decisions and trust that if we work from home, we are going to work. We will be more productive, guaranteed. So riddled with non value added work that it slows us down while we try to prove to leadership that we are not trying to take advantage of the system. We will continue to fall behind in everything if we stay the same. So sad to watch this incredible company turn to a dinosaur.
