Pros

Legacy of the company, 401k, Co. Store, workspace is well maintained, resort

Cons

Leadership fraught with deception on Supply Chain side, Planning area destroyed by restructuring and moves to Chicago. Logistics employees at management level trying to save our sales without any solid leaders, rather bullies that sit by and watch. Women are often rated ‘avg’, even by those few female leaders, Forced Rankings are absurd & severely demotivating, employees that have stayed are giving their lives to this company only to receive avg ratings or less (of course tied to compensation), benefits consistently being chipped away at. All initiatives are focused on cost savings rather than innovation, cutting edge change, not customer focused. Turnover is rampant all the way to the top. New hires coming in with vacation pkgs similar to those that spent years achieving. Lack of real development paths, structure. High level strategy established across divisions however its again poorly led and everyone still focuses on their own goals while using the latest buzz words. So many people over worked and spread thin that everything lacks quality and the attention it deserves.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
