Employee engagement continues to decrease for all employees below the Director level. Upper management continuously contradicts themselves on goals/objectives for the year. Annual raises have also averaged less than inflation over the past three years. Management has acknowledged this and continue to cut profit sharing, but promise better tomorrow's.
