Pros
The number of recent departures across the Racine area provides a sort of entertainment value. It is a guessing game as to who is still with the company week after week.
Cons
The amount of management "churn" is distressing, and the lack of senior level concern is even more concerning. Each departure is rationalized away. Some recent hires (and the values they bring) are prompting the exodus. We've lost our way.
