Pros
Benefits and compensation were outstanding. However, this led to the term "Golden Handcuffs." Where would one find a comparable position with this compensation and benefit package in this area.
Cons
New people-managers were given virtually no leadership training. If issues arose between manager and subordinate, human resources always supported the side of the manager. Essentially, poor management at all levels.
