* Externally hired executive level managers are complete hypocrites. Ridiculous demands, no respect for employees or work/life balance. Current view of working level employees - with very little understanding of the business and regulations, they made promises to Fisk they cannot keep. Every day is a new fire drill - complete with a firing squad to bury today's scapegoat.
* No empowerment to make decisions below executive level. Projects continue long after no one on the project team believes in them.
* No consideration of available resources - no new project is too low a priority. Lack of focus is perpetuating the lack of true innovation projects as creative resources wasted on fixing past issues (lack of documentation, splintered non-global oversight, new internal regulatory limits, etc).
* No decisions ever certain - too many zombie projects. Project killed one day, revived months later.
* Teams dinged for not following new processes - when the demands to bypass them come directly from executive level decisions.
