      Pros

      SCJ offers competitive salaries, health benefits & 401k plan. The company is a large stable private company. Products are well known and trusted by consumers.

      Cons

      The company needs to do better on diversity. There is a need for more diversity in management, especially at the senior level. There is an issue with age discrimination, especially in management. The company has ways of forcing them out. It always appears on the surface that these folks volunteer to leave or take an early retirement.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
