- Culture: Pretty traditional hierarchry driven. Not many people hang out outside of work such as happy hours, or spend much time at work just connecting on a human level.
- Transparency: Decisions are made and flow from top down. On the senior level leadership side, there is opportunity to provide more visibility into any changes upcoming.

Cons
Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
