Traveling a lot, Christmas party, work remotely, a lot of freedom as long as you get the job done.

No benefits nor perks. Sometimes travels can be more around 7 hours roundtrip.

Office is clean, supplies are good, not too fast- not too slow pace.

I was in a company that was owned by SBT Japan. SBT wasn't paying a good attention to this smaller company. So the smaller company was doing a horrible job.
